MOD

Mod's existence has always been quite turbulent. As a young teen he always openly expressed his desire to be treated as a boy, and being Vitali very forward in experiment with Mod's carbon mutation he happily engineered his organs to make him experience a male puberty when the time came. When the lab's doctor found out that Mod's body had a hormone deficiency due to his small size, Mod asked if a way for him to grow into a male teen was possible and Vitali happily obliged.

Specifically, since some types of cancer can make gonads produce excessive testosterone and the mutation's tendency is to preserve the body it's developed into, the scientist found a way to balance the two factors complementarily: Mod's reproductive organs are hence nonfuctional and kept harmless solely because of his powers.
